Where will my shipment be shipped from?
China and USA. This is determined by which warehouse you purchase your item from.
How will my delivery be shipped?
USPS, UPS, DHL, Fedex, UBI, TNT. We will choose the carrier that we think works best for our customers.
Does the product include tax?
Mystiquemark does not charge customers any taxes or fees. Due to logistics reasons, some regions of the European Union do not include taxes, and the courier service will collect relevant taxes from the recipient according to local policies.
I ordered more than one item. Will they be delivered at the same time?
We do our best to ensure that all of your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together as different shipping options are available depending on the product. Once the item ships, you will receive a shipping notification email.
Can I change my shipping address after my package has been shipped?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change shipments once the product is in transit.
What do I need to do when I receive a different product than what I ordered?

When Will My Parcel Be Processed and Shipped?
Generally, your parcel will be sent out within 1-3 days after we receive your payment. Sometimes it may happen that your order may be out of stock. In this case, our customer service will notify you by either email or phone to confirm whether you want a refund or an exchange.

- Delivery Time does not include the processing time required to process your order from the date your order is placed. All orders will be scheduled for shipment after purchase in 1-2 business days, not including holidays.
- If you require customization or monogramming service, please allow for two or more working days in the processing time.
How to track my orders?
A confirmation email with all your order details will be sent to you once your order is received. And we will begin processing your order very soon. You can also track your order from Track Order Details
A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail once items shipped out.
